The CCB is working to build resilience through national and international collaboration, public-private partnerships, information sharing, capacity building and training, awareness raising, research, AI-driven detection and response, Quantum-ready crypto, national cybersecurity exercises, etc. All these actions are necessary and useful, but not enough. Despite all these measures, cybercrime and online fraud are on the rise.
