Global Resilience Federation, HackNotice partner to boost cyber intelligence across sectors

Global Resilience Federation (GRF) announced on Monday a new partnership with HackNotice, a provider of real-time threat intelligence and breach alerts. This collaboration integrates HackNotice’s technology into GRF’s analyst operations to enhance responsiveness and the quality of cybersecurity alerts for multiple sectors.

“HackNotice is a welcome addition to our operations, enhancing our ability to swiftly identify and mitigate potential threats,” said GRF Director of Intelligence Services Jaquar Harris.

HackNotice has established relationships providing real-time breach alerts to threat information-sharing communities. With this new partnership, HackNotice now offers insights across various sectors within segments of the broader GRF network. The GRF analyst team also leverages HackNotice to monitor GRF’s security posture.

The GRF is a non-profit hub and integrator for support, analysis, and cross-sector intelligence exchange among information sharing and analysis centers (ISACs), organizations (ISAOs), and computer emergency readiness/response teams (CERTs). GRF’s mission is to help ensure the resilience of critical and essential infrastructure against threats that could impact the orderly functioning of the global economy and general safety of the public.

HackNotice helps organizations protect against cyber threats. With comprehensive monitoring and notification systems, HackNotice provides actionable insights that empower clients to safeguard their digital assets.

“We are thrilled to partner with GRF to elevate the standard of cybersecurity intelligence,” said Steve Thomas, CEO and founder of HackNotice. “By combining our real-time data with GRF’s extensive network, we can deliver unparalleled insights that help organizations stay one step ahead of cyber threats.”

Thomas added that this partnership “not only signifies our commitment to advancing cybersecurity but also reinforces the trust and reliance placed in us by top industry players.”

The GRF has previously joined the MITRE Center for Threat-Informed Defense as a non-profit participant. GRF will jointly work for the public interest through collaborative research and development projects that further the advancement of cyber defense at scale.

The Center for Threat-Informed Defense is a privately-funded research and development center providing technical expertise and insight to advance understanding of adversary behavior and the use of cyber defense frameworks. As a cyber threat information sharing hub working across multiple sectors, GRF will offer intelligence on attacker behavior for the Center to analyze in order to develop and promote cyber protections. The results of the Center’s research and development projects are freely available to the public.
