Ruben Lobo leads the industrial switching and security product group at Cisco. He spent several years working on communication systems for Substation Automation and designing transport models for monitoring, control, and protection of power applications over wide area networks. Prior to working in the industrial space, Ruben has held various engineering positions in systems development at Cisco, working on designing network architectures for Wireline and Mobile Service Providers. Ruben Lobo has a Ph.D. in computer engineering from North Carolina State University.
