OT-ISAC, Xage partner to bolster cyber defense strategies across OT, IT, cloud

Xage's multi-layer access management solution bolsters cybersecurity of OT, ICS environments

Operational Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center (OT-ISAC) announced Monday a partnership with Xage Security to provide OT-ISAC members with expert analysis on strategies for cyber hardening and preventing cyber attacks across OT, IT, and cloud. With cyberattacks on the rise across all industries, pressures from regulators, governments, and boards to invest further into security are growing. The sense of urgency for better security has never been greater.

OT-ISAC, a threat information sharing hub for companies working in Critical Information Infrastructure (CII), uses proven tools and technologies to aid member companies and partners as they exchange details of OT and IT threats and attacks on their organizations, to prevent and quickly recover from damage caused by malicious actors. Xage is trusted and validated by many of the world’s largest organizations, including leading energy suppliers, manufacturing, government and defense.

Xage Security specializes in providing organizations with zero trust security and access across their OT, IT, and cloud. Xage stops attacks at every stage of a campaign, boasting over 90 percent coverage for the MITRE ATT&CK matrix for ICS

Additionally, organizations can combine zero trust network access (ZTNA), privileged access management (PAM), micro segmentation, and secure data exchange into one single, easy to use platform – the Xage Fabric Platform – for better productivity and usability, without compromising on security.

“The OT-ISAC member community knows well the challenges that modern organizations face – threats are on the rise and attackers are always evolving,” said Ray Kafity, Xage VP for Middle East, Africa & Asia, in a media statement.. “Xage provides a modern approach to a modern problem, making it easy for organizations to adopt and enforce zero trust security and access principles across their entire enterprise.

Kafity added that Xage is proud to partner with OT-ISAC to bring these innovative approaches to the membership community at a time when cyber risk is so high.

“OT-ISAC and Xage will engage each other for greater analysis of threats and solutions pertaining to securing, managing and transforming digital operations for critical OT, IT and cloud systems in Asia,” said John Lee, managing director of OT-ISAC. “Our partnership will allow us to cooperate across different mediums and exchange expert guidance and benefits for the betterment of critical information infrastructure. We welcome Xage and look forward to the additional value they will help us bring to OT-ISAC members,” added Lee.

Actively accepting new members and intelligence or technology partners, OT-ISAC is committed to the security of asset owners and operators in Singapore and the advancement of resilience in the greater Asia Pacific.
