SynerLeap chooses SecurityGate to help industrial startups accelerate growth through collaboration

SaaS platform provider SecurityGate announced last week that it has been selected to partner with SynerLeap, ABB’s innovation and growth hub. 

Located in Västerås, Sweden, SynerLeap helps industrial startups accelerate growth through collaboration with ABB business units, technology, partners, and clients. SynerLeap started with a focus on Sweden, expanded to the Nordics and is now also open to companies from around the world.

The partnership stems from the growing alignment between SecurityGate and ABB’s Electrification Business, collaborating since the first quarter of this year. The deal works towards enhancing and scaling cybersecurity capabilities across ABB’s customer base globally.  

SynerLeap brings together startups and ABB, promoting innovation across industries like industrial automation, robotics, grid technologies, smart cities, buildings, and transportation. It helps startups accelerate and expand globally, offering mentorship, investments, and access to ABB’s networks, clients, and technology.

Earlier this month, SecurityGate announced that it has joined the ISA Security Compliance Institute (ISCI) as a technical ISASecure member. The alliance enables collaboration with other subject matter experts and helps drive the future of OT (operational technology) cybersecurity. Furthermore, Sean Haynes, SecurityGate’s chief marketing officer is set to join as chair of ISCI’s marketing committee.
