OTORIO Launches Risk Assessment Technology for OT Security with Integrated Advanced Attack Graph Analysis

OTORIO, the provider of operational technology (OT) cyber and digital risk management solutions, today announced an advancement in OT security with the availability of its Attack Graph Analysis technology, integrated into the company’s Cyber Digital Twin (CDT) model. The release of the Attack Graph Analysis follows last month’s patent secured by OTORIO from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its risk management model and attack graph analysis algorithm.

According to Accenture, “Essentially, digital twins offer predictive adversarial detection. They are virtual simulations that function as a sandbox to test and innovate security solutions. This is where prediction meets precision.” Mark du Plessis, managing director – security lead, southeast Asia.

Attack Graph Analysis technology with Cyber Digital Twin model enables organizations to gain dynamic visual network topology and advanced risk assessment, enabling proactive management to detect vulnerabilities early in their OT infrastructure.  Enterprises have often faced challenges while protecting their operational environments due to complexities and the shortcomings of existing risk assessment solutions. The limited visibility and partial data can result in unclear asset inventory, and businesses often don’t understand their exposure to attacks by focusing only on endpoint vulnerabilities.

Organizations have a comprehensive perspective on recognizing industrial hazards that could cause a firm to fail to accomplish its aims and objectives when they have a good risk management blueprint in hand. Given the volatility of the landscape, the risk management process should be inspected on a regular basis to ensure that flaws are discovered and rectified, allowing for continuous improvement.

This release of Cyber Digital Twin and Attack Graph Analysis technology aims to rectify this risk. By establishing relationships between system entities, their Cyber Digital Twin (CDT) algorithm generates an Attack Graph—a comprehensive visualization of network assets, vulnerabilities, and connections. This enables businesses to identify segmentation gaps and potential attack vectors, calculate risk, and continuously protect critical OT systems.

“Our Cyber Digital Twin and patent-protected Attack Graph Analysis are game-changing solutions for OT security, and we’re thrilled to provide them to our customers,” said Ben Reich, Chief Platform Architect at OTORIO. “We are bringing a new level of precision and effectiveness to OT security by empowering organizations to proactively manage risk, ensure operational resilience, and protect their critical assets from evolving cyber threats.”

OTORIO’s platform aims to provide automated and consolidated visibility of the entire operational network, enabling companies to take control of their security posture, eliminate critical risks, and deliver immediate business value across the organization.
